1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the WebnWell website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WebnWell provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Google Ads management, website design and development, SEO, content creation, and business automation. The scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WebnWell and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
WebnWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. WebnWell reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
